In 1987 I graduated Medical Doctor University of Malta . In 1993 I was elected Member Royal College of Physicians of London. Subsequently I trained in Gastroenterology including ERCP training. In 1999 I did one year in London for further hepatology (UCH with Prof R Williams and King’s Liver ITU with Dr Jules Wendon). On returning to Malta I took care of patients in liver failure requiring liver transplantation . In 2008 I become Consultant Gastroenterologist at Mater Dei Hospital. I am married with1 daughter.
