Ms Christine Portelli is obstetrician and gynaecologist with 7 years of consultant experience in the UK. Her special interest is minimal access surgery in gynaecology. She trained as a post CCT fellow in gynaecology at the Norfolk and Norwich University hospital and gained her post Graduate diploma in minimal access and robotic surgery from the Anglia Ruskin University in 2019. She graduated from University of Malta in 2005 and started her training in obstetrics and gynaecology in Malta in 2007. She completed her specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology in 2015 which was followed by a post CCT fellowship in gynaecology and gynae-oncology. She worked as a consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology in the UK and was labour ward lead at the West Suffolk hospital in Bury St Edmunds, UK. She is experienced in complex obstetric deliveries and in laparoscopic and open gynaecological surgery. She has published at various European and British conferences.
